Philly Autism Kickback wants to spread the message of acceptance, individuality, and unity. At the Kickback, we believe that taking action is fundamental to improving our community and making a difference. We are committed to creating a welcoming space for autistic individuals that encourages socialization, self-confidence, and cool vibes.
Our Mission
Philly Autism Kickback’s (PAK) mission is to empower young adults on the autism spectrum, by providing an interactive and communal space that promotes individuality, unity, and social awareness. Since the inception of our program, we’ve made our mission possible by exposing our members to various socialization events and activities throughout the year. During programming, members have the opportunity to gain new friendships, explore downtown Philadelphia, and hang out in the local community.
Currently, the President and Vice President organize, promote, and attend all socialization outings. Our organization hosts monthly gatherings in both the community and on online virtual platforms, which leads up to an 8-week summer session that begins in June.
